The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development and expansion of wholesale e-commerce business of Amorepacific US brands through a partnership with Amazon US. This role will develop and drive the strategic digital vision through an understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem. This role will initiate APUS business on Amazon and lead brand and e-commerce team to generate revenue and market share on Amazon. This role will also be in charge of enabling Amorepacific to get in-house competencies to understand data-driven decision making on e-commerce business operation. Responsibilities: Establish Amazon entry and business development strategy in terms of traffic generation, conversion enhancement, and customer experience refinement, etc. Develop Amazon ‘Brand Store Guidelines’ with Global e-Commerce and related teams and delegate to local brand / e-commerce team Act as a liaison between E-Commerce, teams and operations team execute key events and day-to-day operations Supervise each brand and E-Commerce teams to perform adequate customer experience programs by understanding Amazon Ecosystem and develop key programs to increase revenue Collaborate with brand teams, and partner agencies to design and publish brand Stores and ensuring brand/product page is optimized across account sites Create external traffic drivers including social media campaigns and affiliates and lead pilot programs Deliver customer insight based on business opportunity finding and design impactful program into potential commerce touch points Closely monitor account dynamics and trends, including analyzing key data (POS, page views, conversion, etc.), conducting virtual audits, and staying informed on the latest macro ecommerce trends. Craft insights from reporting systems; turn data into a story to provide scheduled updates to respective brand teams & key stakeholders on the status of the business Manage Amazon VINE program – ensure that new items quickly acquire adequate ratings and reviews Supply chain and operations liaison for team both within division specific operations team and cross-divisional amazon focused operations team Presentation of key product strategies to account team at Amazon during market Main point of contact for accounts and responsible for day-to-day management of all requirements Evaluate opportunities for expansion of key merchandising strategies to drive growth Qualifications: 6+ years experiences in e-commerce (online sales) in North America 3+ years experiences with Amazon Retail analytics, Advertise on Amazon and Amazon Business Experience analyzing performance data and summarizing and communicating findings via reports and presentations Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills Proven communication skills especially negotiation as well as discussion with C-Level Experience working with Amazon especially brand store management related is highly appreciated Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Excellent project management skills BA in Business, Digital Marketing, Sales or equivalent experience required Able to work under pressure & tight schedule Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Adapts to changes & environment quickly and be a team player Effective problem solver with innovative thinking Multi-functional and project management skills Energizes and enables others within team and with cross-functional partners Goal driven and results driven, striving for excellence in execution
