Apiari is hiring a community manager! We are building a data and matching platform that enables families to find, book and manage vetted care providers on demand. We are based in midtown NYC but welcome remote applicants able to work in the NY time zone. We are looking for a key team player ready to grow into a leadership role. An effective communicator who has a passion for helping people. A problem-solver that thinks out of the box. What you will do: Join leadership team to deliver critical metrics for growth Help customers find the right match using Apiari’s platform, email and phone. Engage customers and providers in using Apiari’s tech features Conduct provider phone interviews, reference checks and on-boarding. Give feedback and support to providers. Work closely with tech, operations and marketing to identify strategic solutions.
