Scope of the Role:
We are looking for an Group Account Supervisor to support the growth of our New York office and work in partnership with one of our sister agencies on a global brand on some extreemly exciting and innovative work.
As an Group Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing projects autonomously whilst simultaneously driving new business forward, nurturing the multi-disciplinary account team and getting the best out of the wider team on the projects (creative, writing, strategy) across the account.
Tasks are likely to be many and varied; you will be expected to deliver work across several of the following areas:
Building strong and trusted relationships with senior clients
Provide effective direction of the cross-capability BLH team
Champion high quality delivery and ensure high level of strategic and creative output
Successful manage multiple work streams within current project
Identify and win new business opportunities
Experience/Qualifications and Skills:
Significant experience of delivering complex digital projects within creative agency
5+ years’ experience in a client-facing role within a healthcare advertising agency setting
Highly motivated and ability to work autonomously
Process-oriented with solid knowledge of account management best practice
Adept at business development
Demonstrated ability to lead teams; working collaboratively to solve client problems
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any U.S. employer without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
A marketing, business focused and/or biosciences degree
Experience working with CX teams
An inquisitive nature – the ability to research, understand, evaluate options and solve problems with an openness to learning and change
The ability to develop and discuss your own ideas and solutions in a persuasive manner that connects with people
An understanding of digital and multichannel platforms, marketing strategies and tactics
An accomplished presenter, comfortable presenting and selling strategic ideas to senior level managers
A demonstrable passion for digital and multichannel business and marketing
Self-motivation and the ability to work without close supervision, managing your own workload
Confident and able to act as a key client contact, trusted and sought as counsel by clients on a range of issues
Highly literate and numerate
Able to monitor time, quality and costs on a project and make recommendations or adjustments as necessary
