Our client is an Enterprise SaaS startup in the MarTech space that is Post- Series C.They are seeking a highly motivated and talented Digital Marketing & Analytics Director, a new role, created to own the overall strategy and execution of our digital marketing programs to drive top-line growth. You will manage an array of programs that effectively reach the company's different buyer personas and drive those individuals through the marketing and sales funnel. You will work closely with marketing and sales stakeholders to ensure programs are timely, creative, measurable, flawlessly executed, and drive revenue.
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter that can hit the ground running and leverage their experience to build out a stronger digital presence for the company. A successful candidate will be analytical, results-driven, sales-focused, have an understanding of marketing systems, and be able to balance testing new digital marketing strategies and tactics with scaling the programs that work effectively, all in an effort to achieve the best results for the business. This role will sit in their NYC HQ.
Design and implement differentiated, high-impact programs that are optimized to deliver results across the marketing and sales funnel while hitting target metrics, including leads, pipeline, and ROI on campaigns
Balance investment of time and resources across organic and paid channels (SEM, SEO, PPC, paid and organic social); research and leverage content syndicators to ensure messages are pushed to core audiences
Weave in account-based marketing into digital marketing efforts, ensuring that our core target accounts and personas are being reached through these programs.
Build a foundation of test & learn across all digital channels, working with content marketing and design to ensure adequate flow of creatives
Manage and enhance overall marketing database, as well as any third-party data we get from tools used to monitor engagement; implement and manage lead scoring, and other tactics to help us understand the overall engagement of core target audiences.
Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of marketing activities on sales pipeline and revenue
Ensure that we are optimizing our stack and all systems are fully integrated to allow for complete measurement (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Splash, etc.)
Understand and oversee the management of the flow of leads through the lead lifecycle across the various funnel stages and operational processes (e.g. capture, nurture, score, distribute, close)
Manage key business metrics including MQLs, Pipeline Generated, Qualified and Won Opportunities, and work across the marketing and sales teams to improve performance against these metrics
5-8 years of experience in a fast-paced digital marketing environment, preferably in B2B enterprise marketing tech industry
Proven track record of successfully building digital marketing programs from scratch and measuring and improving the effectiveness of these efforts at each level of the funnel (Reach, MQL, Opportunities)
Knowledge of ABM and how it can be woven into digital marketing efforts to ensure reach across core target audiences.
Expert in list management, cleansing, segmentation and targeting; lead scoring and nurture programs
Hands-on experience with Hubspot and Salesforce for marketing automation and lead management; as well as LinkedIn Advertising, Google Ads, and Google Analytics for paid advertising and measurement.
Big picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail; ability to understand the overall business and marketing strategy, translate that into a digital marketing strategy and then execute with precision and accuracy
Ability to lead and communicate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across the business and provide recommendations for pipeline growth
Excellent planning, project management, prioritization, and presentation skills
Able to work in a fast-paced work environment, while juggling both short and long term priorities along with daily demands
