As the Digital Marketing Associate, you will manage KIDZ BOP digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels with the goal of increasing brand awareness and creating customer value. In this role the Coordinator or Associate (title commiserate with experience) will support VP of ad buying for all campaigns, and work with Marketing Director to lead CRM activities, assist in social media management, craft ad and social copy and maintain KIDZ BOP’s online presence.
What you’ll do:
Assist media department in all aspects of campaign creation, launch, management and reporting
Maintain and grow KIDZ BOP’s direct marketing channels
Partner cross-functionally with all internal teams (design, production, social media, sales, streaming, A&R, tour, accounting) to effectively elevate and communicate all brand initiatives (tour, partnerships, music releases, events)
Help identify and execute opportunities to further elevate brand
Assist with all general KIDZ BOP marketing needs
Communicate with outside vendors and partners
Customer Relationship Management:
Manage and create KIDZ BOP email newsletters
Advertising and Media Buying:
Manage digital campaign through ordering media,sending creative and managing the buy
Maintain reports and manage digital information
Create and maintain post buy positioning reports
Assist media department in development of media buying reports by compiling and running private and syndicated data
Create, send and retrieve Insertion Orders
Issue internal department reports
Buy manage campaigns to reach client goals
Assist in deck assembly and preparation
Submit and track invoices
Work with art and production department to ensure campaign assets are created and delivered on time
Ad copyrighting as needed
Pinterest account strategy + management
Assist social media manager in monitoring and managing all accounts (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc)
Manage KIDZ BOP Live App
Maintain KIDZ BOP voice skills
What you’ll have:
Strong written and verbal communication skills and keen attention to detail
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Communications, Integrated Marketing Communications or related Degree. Ideal candidate has 2-3 years marketing or advertising experience.
Social media fluency
Familiarity with Music, Advertising, Marketing, PR, Pop Culture & Entertainment
Proficiency with Outlook, Photoshop, WordPress, Google Docs, Excel
