Job Specification. Title: Product Expert. Skills: Application Consultancy, IT, System Administrator, Product Evangelist, Customer Success, Product Specialist, Service Management, Cloud technology. Responsibilities:. Develop understanding and in-depth knowledge of the Condeco system and products, including application configuration, infrastructure, best practices and functionality. Act as a product evangelist and expert, providing answers and opportunities about the successful use and extension of our cloud based software suite and hardware products. Work closely with our Customer Success Managers, as an alternate point of contact for all technical client needs and become a trusted advisor to our clients by understanding their IT environment, business and aligning their needs with our services. Act as a regional point of contact for technical inquiries coming from other departments of the region. Act internally as the voice of the customer and work effectively with internal teams, including sales, finance, product management, customer support and engineering, to increase customer success. Responsibility for taking up the escalated issues and accompany them to resolution along with the customer success team. Internal and constructive feedback on process improvements to develop a better customer experience. About You:. Minimum 3 years experience as an application consultant, system administrator or similar role. Minimum 1-2 years experience in a client/people facing function. Manage challenges with external customers (Face to Face, via phone or remotely). Results focused, flexible, proactive and detail orientated. Passionate in working closely with customers on their IT systems and delivering success. Have a personable presence and strive to achieve long term relationships with customers. Willingness to work and travel. Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to organize your day to day work and communication efficiently via MS Outlook and Salesforce. Essential Skills. Technical Graduate or IT related degree. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English language (verbal and written). Benefits:. 20 days PTO.
