Were looking for a part-time Head of People to help clarify, cement and improve our team processes, culture and communication. Were looking for someone who can present a new approach powered by machine learning that solves a decade old problem for B2B marketers - how to personalize to the individual based on their own interests, at scale. You understand the challenges the modern B2B marketer faces, preferably in large Tech companies. You'll be supported by a dedicated Sales Development Rep who will partner with you on pipeline generation, but you'll take ownership of your number. We're looking for people that are comfortable both selling into new logos and existing clients. REQUIREMENTS. Skills and Qualifications:. You're a great communicator, honest, customer focussed, innovative and a team player. At least 4 years relevant sales experience, with an exemplary track record of performance against quota. You're self motivated, comfortable dealing with change and collaborating closely with other teams. BA/BS or equivalent degree. Selling at a senior executive level. A detailed understanding of the B2B marketing tech stack. Having sold personalization into B2B companies. BENEFITS.
