GENERAL SUMMARY:


ENGINE is looking for an energetic and dynamic Talent Acquistion Coordinator to join us in our New York office. In this multifaceted role, you will work collaboratively with our Human Resources Team to recruit top talent and ensure amazing candidate experiences. As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator you have a passion for talking to people and are eager to grow your career within talent and recruiting.


Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the Head of Talent Acquisition to help execute on talent strategies across the business
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidate inquiries
  • Conduct phone screens and recruitment for entry level roles
  • Own and foster a positive candidate experience by scheduling, and greeting candidates for onsite interviews
  • Work within our applicant tracking system to post job openings and manage pipeline activity ensuring proper maintainance of all compliance related documentation such as interview notes, EEO forms, offer letters, and dispositioning of candidates
  • Contribute to Engine Social Media efforts
  • Champion Engine s employment brand and vision
  • Ensure that all necessary pre-hire testing for candidates has been performed
  • Support special projects as necessary


Successful candidates will have

  • 1-2 years of HR/Talent experience, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems is a bonus
