If you would like to invest your talents in creating dynamic, long term relationships with your satisfied clients, let's start the convo today Position Description: The successful PreCast Accounts Manager will oversee and service existing precast accounts and master distributors, while managing order files on several related product lines. Introduce new product lines, monitor pick-up/delivery schedules from dispatchers and contract carriers. Schedule site visits with plant and general managers. Travel is 50% of the work schedule. Skillful at cultivating and maintaining relationships with customers. Ability to make recommendations and communicate precast requirements with production engineers. Critical to success is the ability to thrive in a team environment when coordinating production and shipments with other company divisions, including marketing, accounting and supports. Represent the company by managing trade show booths 2-3 times per year. Additionally, the most important, of course, is being able to effectively prospect for new customers Key skills: ? Prefer familiarity with the concrete form industry, and have worked on commercial and industrial construction projects ? Possess a basic understanding of construction, engineering and architectural terms related to commercial and industrial construction ? Strategic and persistent planner in scheduling face appointments with current and future client plant managers and/or production managers. Knowledge of SalesForce types of scheduling/customer management systems a plus. ? Must be able to work eight hour shifts at trade shows ?
