Brief:

To become a Business Partner for FORTE ICT Recruitment Services, building your recruitment business.
To generate and bring on board Preferred Supplier Lists with Multinational, Regional Groups, or well-funded Start-Up Ventures, in placing staff within FinTech, Payments & Data.
To lead gather and convert leads into new clients and job requirements within specialist business verticals of (FinTech/Payments & Data, Or Front End Technology ) in East Coast side of USA, New York, Chicago, or Massachusetts areas.
To prospect with email business development and warm calls.
To attend networking events and exhibitions, relating to FinTech, Payments, & Data, Or Technology verticals.
To refer and make valid introductions to clients across the East Coast markets.
To produce analysis and reports on business opportunities to win new business.

Essential Requirements:

To be able to fully bring on new business client partners and win Preferred Supplier Lists in the US markets, as a specialist recruiter within FinTech, Payments, Big Data & Front End Technology verticals.
To be in a high profile position across designated markets and is well connected, who is looking to have an entrepreneurial business opportunity also without any risk.
To have a strong sales ability, strong telephone canvasser and business developer.
The ability to become a subject matter expert within FinTech, Payments & Big Data, Or Front End Technology.
To have strong business skills, business development and consultancy skills.
To have business acument and entrepreneurial characteristics.

Comission Structure:

$8000-$12,000= 10%

$16,000-$26,000= 15%

$25,000-$38,000= 20%

$38,000-$51,000= 25%

$51,000-$65,000= 30%

$65,000+= 32% & 3 Day Weekend incentive at a Five Star Luxury Hotel, European City Break. Economy Flights and Hotel Standard Room paid for.
