Solution Sales Senior Business Development Executive
Base: up to $65,000
Bonus: Uncapped, monthly – Y1 OTE $125,000, Y2 $175,000, Y3 $250,000

Due to growth, we are looking for bright, articulate, career-driven sales professionals to join our business development division based in our New York office.

Responsibilities
Engage with prospect organizations through strategic solution-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis etc.
Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales
Pipeline and territory strategy development; engage in prospecting activity to drive pipeline creation
Position proposed solutions and articulate their value based upon customer’s strategy and direction
Upselling and leveraging business from new and established customer relationships
Partnering to clearly differentiate GDS Group from our competition using customer success stories and industry best practices.
Articulate our value proposition to ensure the business impact of the solution is understood by our prospect/client.
Developing a deep knowledge of GDS Groups products/ services to effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits
Building and maintaining customer relationships with key decision makers

Required skills and experience:

We are looking for individuals who have illustrated exceptional achievement in their employment history.
Intelligent, authentic, ethical and articulate with the ability to deliver a solution-based sales approach.
Analytical, financially astute and numerate.
A high level of business acumen.
Curious and tenacious: Ability to deconstruct and interpret the relative business sectors at a granular level.
Stellar communication skills with the ability to build relationships with key clients.
Good understanding of buying and decision-making process of an organisation
