Real Estate Attorney-Leasing Our client, a major Manhattan law firm with a growing commercial real estate department, is seeking a commercial real estate attorney with transactional experience for a long-term (1 year or longer) temporary position. The right candidate has 4+ years of real estate experience with an emphasis on negotiating and drafting commercial leasing (office leases, facility leases, ATM leases, lease estoppels, etc.). Hours are between 25-35 per week; temporary engagement should last into the fall of 2020. Must be a member of the New York Bar. Please send resume for immediate consideration.
