Technical Account Managers are the product, integration and program launch experts at Madison Logic. This group provides post-sales technical service spanning both implementations and customer support through pre-launch, launch, active, and post phases. A Technical Account Manager is a tech-savvy professional that is able to explain technical details and requirements to a non-technical audience. They are results-driven and aspire to achieve specific goals (campaign setup accuracy, increased retention rates and renewal budgets, decrease in time-to-go-live on complex programs and integrations).

This role plays an integral part of our commitment to provide best-in-class service for our B2B clients. You will work closely with the Sales, Customer Success and Operations teams as well as with Product Development and Support Services to successfully deliver quality advertising products and services to our clients. This role is consultative and supportive to Sales Executives and Customer Success Managers and enables them to focus on the client while improving the speed at which campaigns are launched. When you join our team, you are committing to giving 100% and always striving for more.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate and maintain ad campaigns using the Company's first party data and a variety of tools/technologies that are integrated with the Company's lead generation and display platforms.
Consult with clients and determine campaign strategy
Recommend effective optimization and delivery adjustments to improve campaign performance. 
Turn campaign data into actionable intelligence and provide partners with solutions to meet their technical and business goals
Communicate with internal departments on status and issue updates and resolution, technical requirements to software engineers, campaign updates and milestones, management-level summaries, and issue escalation. 
Guide new and existing partners through the Madison Logic Platform including implementations, integrations, ongoing maintenance and growth 
Manage issue updates, own resolutions, technical requirements, campaign updates & milestones, management level summaries and issues escalations 
Proactively identify optimization and upsell opportunities of ML products and services 
Develop client specific lead generation strategies 
Support Customer Success Managers and Sales Executives through scheduled and proactive provisioning of data, findings, observations, and action items. 
Respond in a timely manner to general and specialized client requests, including payment, reporting, implementations and product-related questions. 
Work with Operations team to be sure assets and instructions are implemented correctly. Assist in troubleshooting any ad creative issues that affect tracking, implementation, or reporting. 
Monitor scheduling and delivery of campaigns using multiple ad trafficking systems. 
Responsible for testing, QA, and signoff of all campaign elements. 
Strong drive to meet and beat deadlines and KPIs.


What You Have:
Bachelors Degree
2+ years experience in Account Management, preferably managing display advertising and lead generation campaigns. 
Knowledge of HTML preferred. 
Employee management and experience in other ad products is a plus. 
Ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 
Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders and drive projects forward from start to finish 
High level of enthusiasm and energy, as well as a sense of urgency in addressing client issues 
Ability to work independently and escalate issues when necessary
Ability to work towards goals on an individual and team level
Ability to prioritize and multi-task competing responsibilities
Solid knowledge of Excel and MS Word
Strong analytical, problem solving, quantitative, organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal) 
Strong drive to meet and beat deadlines and key performance indicators
