What’s the role: We are looking for an HR Assistant to join us in the NYC office. The main job duties include managing job ads and resumes; assisting with on-boarding, training and file maintaining, and hosting events as necessary. Our ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and be a problem-solver. What you bring to the table: •      Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests •      Maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data •      Assist with the recruitment process by actively searching and screening candidates •      Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job application •      Assist with issuing employment contracts and offer negotiation •      Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas •      Coordinate training sessions and perform orientations for new hires •      Produce and submit reports on general HR activity •      Assist with onboarding and completing termination paperwork and exit interviews Who will be the best fit: •      BS/MS degree in Human Resources or a related field •      Proven working experience in Human Resources •      Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese is a must •      Effective HR administration and people management skills •      Full understanding of HR functions and best practices •      Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines •      Strong problem-solving skills and quick learning skills.
