Job Description: Senior Brand Executive 

Observatory is seeking a talented and well-rounded Senior Brand Executive to support day-to-day client needs in a dynamic and new marketing services agency. The ideal candidate is passionate about the intersection of entertainment and advertising, and the desire to drive innovation for brand marketing. We value hard work, innovative thinking, enthusiasm, being a team player and having a great attitude! 

General Duties: 
- Act as day-to-day client contact, managing projects including but not limited to: content-centric campaigns, partnerships, brand experiences, and strategic consulting.
- Report to your respective Account Supervisor/Account Director to support broader client initiatives and ultimately grow the business. 
- Set project timelines and ensure delivery of client requirements within set timelines. 
- Work closely with Strategy, Production and Creative teams to deliver best in class, innovative marketing. 
- Cultivate and manage partner relationships with outside collaborators and agencies.
- Step in on new business efforts, in any capacity including: research, deck creation, and presenting in front of senior executives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest entertainment trends and apply to your client’s business as needed.
- Ability to negotiate and secure talent, papering partnerships etc. 
- Ability to write and present work to clients of all levels. 

Requirements: 
- Minimum of 5 years in marketing or advertising.
- Experience managing high profile brand campaigns across a variety of mediums, as well as strategic partnerships.
- In-depth understanding of the entertainment ecosystem, including verticals such as film, TV, music, sports and gaming.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage client relationships at all levels. 
- Experience with large, blue-chip brand clients, as well as the ability to navigate complex brand organizations.
- Highly collaborative; able to work across multiple teams.
- Creative, strategic thinker with strong leadership skills. 
- Extensive production experience required.
- Extensive experience writing and creating compelling presentations in PPT and/or Keynote.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Knowledge of Agile working methodology (nice to have, not required) 

Additional Information: 
- Occasional travel, US and Global might be required 
- Typical workday is 8 hours long – 9.30am – 6.30pm, but requires flexibility

- Position is located in New York, currently operating as a satellite office.
