This position is responsible for growing, developing and managing the respective brand and territory in order to achieve maximum results and grow sales. You will be working with the following brands: Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Cole Haan and Michael Kors.

Responsibilities
Align with Company goals and develop strategies to grow the business
Develop and execute all key growth sales plans required to achieve/beat financial targets
Open new account opportunities for the brand
Participate in account planning and strategy including revenue goals
Run/Attend/Prepare/Strategize for all key account sales meetings
Review account reporting and results
Identify account opportunities and help set direction
Present brand overview to all new accounts

Collaborate with Internal Teams
Review overall design aesthetics and on brand product
Assure assortments meet individual account business needs and expectations
Identify product opportunities and help set product direction
Meet and review the line per VP Design and Merchandisings annual calendar
Shop key accounts and competition and regularly provide competitive samples
Monitor market trends and inform team
Participate in brand and company initiatives
Partner with all internal teams and run weekly touch base meetings to provide brand updates for all departments
Prioritize your own workload (with the help of your VP of Sales)
Implement efficiencies and processes (when and where needed)

Financials
Work with Design, Sales, Costing, Production and Marketing teams to drive organic growth across the brand.
Work with Design, Sales, Costing, Production and Marketing teams to provide effective and efficient oversight of resources to ensure projects are delivered as promised in terms of time, budgets and results
Partner with Sourcing (when needed) to ensure we are meeting brand requirements
Provide and keep projections up-to-date for yearly business expectations
Negotiate costs to achieve end of year goals and targets

Qualifications
BA or BS preferred
5 years + experience selling (off price experience is a plus)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Thought-leader, visionary and strategic
High proficiency in computer skills SAP is a plus
Demonstrated, deep understanding of Brand Management
Solid understanding of wholesale process in apparel field
Strong skillset in multitasking, sense of urgency and working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel (if and when needed)
Experience in Hosiery is a plus!

PVH Legwear is a newly formed Joint Venture between USA Legwear and PVH that focuses on the Design, Production, Marketing and Wholesale in US and Canada of Licensed Legwear products for brands such as Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, IZOD or Van Heusen to name a few.

Business Hours: Monday Thursday, 9am-6pm, Friday 9am-3:30pm
