The VP Marketing will have shared P&L responsibility for maximizing the audience revenues for the organization’s membership, events, preparedness, media and sponsorship/partnership businesses. He/she will manage a team -- both internal and external --that focuses on all acquisition and operational aspects of the membership effort, ensuring that the highest quality of work is maintained.

He/she will leverage his/her experience as a omni-channel B2B marketer to decide how best to engage food industry audiences and members during their business journeys, and how best to allocate marketing resources, with a focused ROI and “Return on Mission” mindset. Scope and Impact of Position: The VP Marketing will join the Executive team at an exciting point in its history, a time of transition and opportunity. The organization is making a major investment in its brand transformation, and is currently undergoing a rebranding initiative, a data-base enhancement and an overall CMS upgrade. With a strong brand to build upon and these new tools in place, this VP will be well-positioned to take the membership business to new heights and by extension have a direct impact on the mission and overall financial performance of the organization.
