PRIVATE CLIENT STYLIST

The Private Client Stylist will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with high-value, top-tier clients by delivering an exceptional experience and exceeding client expectations, whilst driving sales and reaching personal and team targets. You will also be responsible for increasing customer conversion and retention, introducing new customers to The Webster, building brand loyalty, and delivering excellent customer service by working in collaboration with relevant teams. We are looking for dedicated and driven individuals with exceptional client development skills, a sizeable existing book of HNW clients, and extended experience in working with high-profile clientele. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Engage with existing and prospective VIP clients by providing an extraordinary experience in order to evolve your client book and The Webster’s private client base Provide exceptional advice and customer service while building and maintaining lasting relationships with both current and new clients Develop and maintain various channels of communication with top clients and become a reliable advisor, informing clients of new products, events, and designers Drive tangible and intangible revenue through client acquisition and retention Build client loyalty by planning, executing, and/or participating in regular engagement activities, including private shopping appointments, events, dinners, etc. Report to, and work closely with, the Private Client Manager to track personal sales against targets, ensure that KPIs are met, and strategize to maximize sales opportunities Provide weekly comprehensive feedback on book of business, sales activities, and any assigned contributing projects Identify opportunities in order to grow the business and develop existing customers to top spending level Collaborate with complementary teams to enhance business coordination and client services Work in connection with the standing boutiques across the U.S. Attend all relevant company events and activations to support business development and represent The Webster in a high-quality, upstanding manner WHO YOU ARE: You have an existing elite book of HNW clients and significant work experience within a sales environment You have previous online luxury experience and are comfortable with working within a quickly-evolving environment You can demonstrate strong selling skills to actively and genuinely develop new clients and nourish existing client relationships You demonstrate strong product and market knowledge and keep updated on all global brands and trends You have excellent written and verbal communication etiquette; a second language would be an advantage for international customers, but not required You are proactive in your sales approach, with an ability to suggest ideas and develop action plans to improve customer experience and sales You have strong computer literacy and digital knowledge You demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with clients, peers and management team You are dedicated, flexible, determined, and solutions-focused, with a logical yet creative approach to initiatives and challenges You are extremely detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills
