Responsibilities

Under the general supervision of the Office Manager/Coordinator performs reception, clerical and data entry duties to facilitate and provide quality patient care in an out-patient setting at the medical center. May communicate with patients ranging in age from 0 to 100+.

Qualifications

Full-Time (40 hours/wk); Varied days and times to meet the needs of the office; Monday through Friday8 :30am - 5:00pm with an occasional evening and/or a Saturday per month as needed.

Experience:

2 years medical office preferred.

Education & Training

High School Diploma

License, Certification & Registration:

Achieve Healthcare Provider CPR Certification from the American Heart Association prior to employment and maintain certification thereafter. As of July 1, 2011 a valid Drivers License is required for practices with multiple offices.

Other Requirements:

Professional conduct and appearance, interpersonal communication skills, organizational skills, good phone and computer skills, medical terminology preferred.
