SENIOR MANAGER, GLOBAL MARKETING & MEDIA
DIRECT REPORT: VP OF GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

MEDIA/ADVERTISING
Develop annual and seasonal media strategies for TOM FORD RTW, Eyewear, Timepieces; effectively allocate the global media budget across various channels: digital, print and OOH
Develop and maintain relationships with publishers/ad directors and agencies; keep an updated list of contacts
Oversee the creation of seasonal creative rotations
Liaise with Licensee partners on budgets and invoice payment
Liaise directly with wholesale team and North American retailers on all COOP media placements
Oversee franchisee media plans
Work with Brand Image team to ensure creative is delivered on tiem to all publications

EVENTS
Collaborate with the VP of Global Communications to develop event strategy for all US
+ European DOS; work with individual stores to plan impactful events per market
Effectively execute all components of events including catering, calligraphy, printed collateral, flowers, rentals, invitations/RSPVs, and activations
Liaise with hosts, charity partners and vendors to ensure the events goes smoothly; travel to stores to oversee the event’s execution
Assist with runway shows, trunk shows, and press presentations globally for both menswear and womenswear

MARKETING/PARTNERSHIPS
Create and execute a gifting strategy to target currently, lapsed, and prospective clients
Oversee any client-focused events and itineraries surrounding runway shows and private dinners
Oversee any brand outreach to clients including copywriting and gifting
Manage hotel partnerships

BUDGET
-      Manage Communications department budget

PRESS
-      Work closely with the VP of Communications to assist with global press strategy
