Your overall responsibility will be to prepare and/or coordinate the preparation of full estimates on all products required by customer documents, and provide complete conceptual and total bid price including:

Participating actively in the selling process/cycle by preparing documents, specifications, cost estimates and quotes;
Overseeing the job estimating process by reviewing incoming quotes, assisting sales department and facilitating quote meetings;
Maintaining positive, service-oriented relationship with customers, vendors and external sales representatives; and
Working with Engineering and Manufacturing departments by participating in feasibility studies and initiating paperwork for sample runs/test lots, new part production runs, etc.

Position requirements include possession of an Associate’s Degree in a related field and 3 to 5 years of related experience and/or training. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. Successful candidate must possess superior verbal and written communication skills, be able to effectively plan and organize tasks and produce high quality work without errors or inaccuracies. CAD/CAM programming and technical experience is also required for the position.
